Creamy Date and Banana Oat Milk Shake

Banana Large banana x 1
Dates x 2 cups (110 g)
Oat Milk x 2 cups
Zip lock bag x 1
Air Tight Container x 1



  1. Rinse and slice banana into ½ inch slices, place in zip-lock bag and freeze overnight.
  2. Remove seeds from dates, fully immerse them in an air tight container filled with 1 cup oat milk and refrigerate overnight.
  3. Pour ½ cup oat milk into blender, add all frozen banana slices and blend for 30 seconds.
  4. Pour remaining ½ cup oat milk, add dates and blend for 1.5 minutes.

Extra tip: If you prefer your shake sweeter, add 1 teaspoon of honey.
