Milk Chocolate Sauce with Chocolate Pancakes

INGREDIENTS 
Low Fat Chocolate Milkx 1 cup (250ml)
Corn Syrup160g
Unsweetened cocoa powder75 g
Semisweet Chocolate55 g
Medium Saucepanx 1

 

Method

1. In a medium saucepan, whisk together Low Fat Chocolate Milk, corn syrup and cocoa powder

2. Bring to boil over medium heat

3. Once it begins to boil, remove from heat and stir in finely chopped chocolates till they melt completely

4. Leave sauce to stand for a hours and thicken

5. Store chocolate sauce in a covered container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days
